4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our Services, you agree to:

Respond promptly to requests for approvals or documentation

Comply with all local building codes and HOA/community regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work for non-payment.


6. Financing and Referrals

We may provide informational resources or referrals to financing programs (e.g., GoodLeap, Home Run Financing, GreenSky, PACE). We are not a lender and do not control financing approvals, rates, or terms. All financing arrangements are strictly between you and the third-party provider.


7. Third-Party Contractors and Vendors

We may engage licensed subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers to complete portions of the work. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or defects caused by independent third parties, but we will make reasonable efforts to address issues in line with project agreements.


8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Unless otherwise stated in writing, our work may be covered by a limited workmanship warranty consistent with industry standards.

Manufacturer warranties for materials are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.
